In the event your Medisoft medical billing software or MedisoftClinical data becomes corrupted, AIM’s technical staff can usually repair the corrupted database within 24 hours.

It is important that the technician have a means of accessing the database via an Internet connection. If you do not have such connectivity, you will be required to send  a copy of the data folder and a backup on a CD, PenDrive/Flashdrive to AIM.  

Fees are based on a 2 hour minimum and billed in 30 minute increments thereafter. Call for pricing and specifics. Please be prepared to provide the technician with events prior to the corruption and software version information.
